The balls are manufactured in Italy. The different textures of each ball allows a person to activate and align muscles while penetrating to the bones. The routines accompanied with intentional inhalations and exhalations are designed to stimulate the bone structure. The goal is to rehabilitate the body to age more gracefully which will allow the skeletal structure to align, the muscles to lengthen, and increase range of motion.
