    About Jon

    My athletic career: 

    My entire life, I was a natural athlete.  I loved soccer, wrestling, football, tennis, running, cycling, and hiking while camping.  Rugby was a perfect sport for me.  I am in intense individual and always wanted to win at sports or whatever I was doing.  I was a National Champion Collegiate Rugby player from Villanova University.  I joined a Philadelphia mens club, played in the United Kingdom and led the men's team in a Championship run in 2001.  I also trained with USA rugby Eagles. 

    My injuries: 

    My body was hurt from years of playing sports and from all sorts of traumatic injuries that never healed correctly.  I had gone to massage and physical therapists for years.  However, they can only help so much.  The brutal contact sport of rugby is a combined two sports extravaganza: American football and soccer.  My body was also traumatized from the stagnation of sitting at the computer as a video editor assembling award winning films and shows — this sort of sitting is not a good thing for the human body. 

    My medical prowess: 

    I took the required medical school classes at Villanova but decided to stay away from the medical construct due to my fathers wisdom, In 1996 he said to me “my field was dead” and when I think about his advice and what we have learned over the world lockdowns: I believe we have all learned how he was correct! 

    My production career: 

    I worked in media in New York City doing video and film production from 2000-2016.  Essentially, I was someone who helped control the masses through programming and advertising.  Since then, I have produced documentaries about health, healers, and paradigm shifters through independent media while starting my own broadcasting channel.

    One instance Yamuna Body Rolling Saved me:

    I took a month break from YBR and made the mistake of moving heavy furniture very early in the morning. My sciatica felt a sharp dagger lightning bolt singe through it. I couldn't stand up.  I was at 90 degrees.  I laid down on the floor contemplating the next move and whom to call for help. I crawled to my rolling mat and slowly performed the hip, hamstring, and spine routines.  I was able to stand up straight in 40 minutes.  Two hours later I was doing errands. I was still hurt, but what would've happened if I didn't know how to fix my body.  I would’ve wasted time with doctors appointments, pills, therapy, or surgery.  I would have had to call upon family, friends, and neighbors to help.  YBR saved me the stress of all of that.  It is a blessing to know how to fix your body.
